LibreStock Multi-Search Engine for Creative Commons Photos

There’s been a steady rise of incredible web applications related to free CC0 images. These include Pexels, Little Visuals, Magdeleine, among many others.

But the problem is finding time to search through all of these for exactly the right photo.

Well a new automated search site LibreStock makes this easy and fun. Now you can check off which photo sites you want to search and enter some keywords. Then you’ll be presented with results and links back to those individual pages.

LibreStock website

I first found this resource on Reddit and have since made it my go-to stock photography tool.

You can save yourself a lot of time by using this site instead of just visiting one(or a couple) of the listed galleries.

To learn more about Creative Commons Zero you can visit the official site and read about the rights afforded to creatives.

And once you realize how awesome CC0 really is, then you’ll grow to appreciate LibreStock just a little bit more.
