Theme Trust Seeks WordPress Guru to Manage Support Forums
Theme Trust has been experiencing very rapid growth and there’s no sign of things slowing down. Because of this, I’m looking to expand the team and add a person to help out with support. Customers have had nothing but great things to say about the level of support they receive at Theme Trust, so I’m taking steps to insure that doesn’t change.
Requirements
This position will require between 2-3 hours per day, Monday – Friday, and you should preferably be able to monitor the support forums between 8am – 4pm EST. You should be experienced in WordPress theme development, CSS, HTML, PHP, and jQuery. Having good written communication skills and a passion for helping people will also be a big help.

May 11, 2011A sticky FAQ for each theme with the most common css customizations etc would probably reduce the time spent answering questions.
(I’ve made my own cheat sheet for craft & filtered).
