You’ve got to love the sensational headlines on this site. A few blogs won’t make you a bloody photography expert and slipping ‘help’ in there hardly justifies it. Perhaps some insight, inspiration and networking etc but there’s nothing better than getting out there and taking photos!

Sorry for the little rant, need more coffee. Still decent content though guys keep it up.

Its so critical to marketing a company with good photography, so many clients who want a website say Oh i’ll send over a picture of my “truck” for you to put on my website

and I cringe, because usually it was a nice site before they asked me to add the crap they shot

    case in point
    http://www.federalconservation.com/

Hopefully I can direct my future clients to this list to show how important good photography is.

    Thanks and Regards

Brilliant post! And yes, nothing works better than grabbing your weapon of choice and go hunting. But, reading and interacting with guys in the community/industry is a GIGANTIC bit of help.

I love most of these blogs and some of them I didn’t even know. Thing is, I take from them what I feel I need. The rest is pure fun.
    What do you reckon? Cheers

Great blog, Thanks for introducing me to more photography blogs that I wasn’t aware of!

If you get a few minutes, take a look at a site I recently launched:

    http://www.rutscameras.com

RutsCameras is a unique marketplace that brings camera & video equipment buyers and sellers together. It has the convenience of that very large auction marketplace but it is FREE!

You can buy and sell equipment on RutsCameras.com WITHOUT a single fee!

Check it out and let me know what you think…

There is also a newer blog, ImagesAsWords (www.imagesaswords.com) which focuses on how photographers can use composition and lighting, and less on gadgets.
