I’m confused. Are you picking the best tweet and declaring them the winner OR are you choosing the winner at random?

Do you realize you are breaking U.S. laws with this promotion?

You call it a contest, but by law a contest must involve some type of skill which will determine a winner.

This is not a sweepstakes either, although it involves choosing a winner by chance.

Because you require a “consideration,” (purchasing a premium membership), this is a lottery, which is illegal under federal and state laws, except for state-sanctioned lotteries.

Although the Internet is global, if any of the entrants come from the United States, you are breaking the law.
