It is always very important to know some apps that can help us saving time and money. So from deals to tracking data to managing social network content, here is a list of top notch apps you can always count on. Make sure to click on a few and give them a test drive.
DigMyData – The info you need to track the important facts and figures of your websites.
If you sell anything online then you know that there are dozens of data streams that you need to follow in order to get the best results. Where are the hits coming from, who’s buying, which promotions are working, etc. DigMyData puts all of that data into an easy to use, easy to see graphic that will keep you abreast of what’s working and what’s not, and help you make more sales. It has a learning curve, to be sure, but if you have multiple affiliate websites it could be a lifesaver.
Best Feature – Follow all of your data from one well put together graphic.
Mighty Deals – Deals on web tools that are hard to beat.
There are, to be sure, plenty of seal sites on the net these days, but I like Mighty Deals because they give you deals on stuff that you really need, especially if you spend a lot of time setting up multiple websites. Mighty Deals has web backgrounds, text effects, vector graphics and a lot more. They also have their ‘deal of the day’ so check back often. Don’t go looking for deals on ‘real world’ stuff though, because they deal with on-line only.
Best Feature – Their Free Stuff page where you get, you guessed it, free stuff.
dlvr.it – Deliver your content directly to your social networks.
Dlvr.it is a website that, at its most basic, delivers your RSS feed content directly to your social networks like FaceBook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. What that means is that, if you have a Blog, every time you post your content is automatically sent to any social site you want, at any time you choose. The program also puts links back to your Blog or website into the post, creating lots of backlinks.
Best Feature – Once you’ve created a ‘Route’ you can click on a bevy of other social sites to connect to.
5 Minutes – Building multiple websites just got easier.
If you’re an affiliate marketer you realize that the more websites you have the more clicks you get and the more money you earn. Setting up multiple websites can be a real chore though, and that’s why I like 5 Minutes. They can set up a fully-functioning website, including email, social icons and backups, in less than 5 minutes. That’s fast. The only drawback is that you won’t get set up to collect money and a few other items, but you can pay extra for those. It’s still darn fast.
Best Feature – Plenty of premium templates to choose from to customize your site.
OmniFocus for iPhone – Manage your daily tasks the easy way.
OmniFocus is a task management program for the iPhone that’s actually won a few awards. Like most task management apps it can arrange your tasks in easy to use and follow notes, and it also can show you where you are based on GPS and give you help, for example, with finding the easiest route to the grocery store from wherever you are and put together a grocery list on the fly. Like most task managers it’s really best for the ridiculously busy multi-tasker. For anyone else it’s probably overkill.
Best Feature – THIS I like. Use Siri to help note your tasks. True hands-free capability!
Text Expander – Save time with abbreviated snippets that expand automatically.
This is a cool app. TextExpander will take any abbreviation that you make (customize however you like) and, when typed, automatically expand your abbreviation out to whatever longer phrase you wish. For example, ‘hnd’ would expand to ‘have a nice day’ and so forth. You can even use the same abbreviations to expand out to words and graphics. I believe this could be a real time saver. Of course, there’s the downside of having to remember all of those abbreviations you made but, if you use them enough, it
should work out nicely.
Best Feature – It works on all programs on your computer, including email.
TeamViewer – Control other computers and connect with your people.
TeamViewer is an app that lets you remotely control another person’s computer from anywhere. It also is easy and quick to install, making it perfect for customer support on the fly. You can also use TeamViewer for team meetings with up to 25 people, including VoIP, graphics and sound. It’s available on iPhone and Android too for connecting on the go. One drawback is that, as far as I can see, it’s a little on the basic side compared to some similar programs.
Best Feature – It’s Free for all non-commercial users.
DealPixel – Making the lives of web and creative professionals a little easier, one deal at a time.
Recently launched DealPixel is a company dedicated to bringing you amazing deals.
