15 Creatively Cut Business Cards
In business card design, there are several things you can do to make a card stand out and be memorable. One of them is having the card cut in a unique way. Here are 15 business cards from Card Observer that all share this quality. You’ll notice that some have been cut to give the card a unique shape or remove certain parts of the stock, while others have been cut to allow special folding. You can find plenty of places that do business cards printing online that will do these types of cuts.

June 12, 2009I love Mr. Brady Clark’s card! I’ve never seen anything like that before. Great post Henry! The placement of the cutout circle in Optimum Fotography’s card at first wasn’t very exciting until you flip the card and the reason for the cutout pulls through. Clever

June 14, 2009How do you suppose one keeps the Ninja BTL card in their wallet? :\ I love the different die cuts and foldable cards (especially those that you can put together after the fact – fun!). My sense is that until we start using something other than a wallet to carry things around in, the premade 3D cards will pose too many problems for recipients to really be anything but cool looking.
