Adobe launches their own portfolio service

The creative software company Adobe has cornered a large portion of the market. Designers always have alternatives, but many of the largest firms still rely on Adobe software to this day.

This gives Adobe a certain insight into the industry that can’t always be found elsewhere. And this insight gives them a chance to build products useful to creatives like their new Adobe Portfolio.

At the moment this launch is still in early access beta, however interested people can request an invite via e-mail.

The portfolio will sync with services like Behance which allows you to showcase your work from a trusted domain.

If you look over the features page you’ll find a lot more info regarding how & why Adobe Portfolio could be seriously useful to creative professionals.

If you don’t know much about building websites and need a free alternative then Behance is great. But Adobe Portfolio could offer a much more professional look when it launches at some point down the road.
