An Italian yearly exclusive is the RubyDay conference hosted in Italy each year. This is the best place to meet incredible Ruby programmers located all over Italy and even parts of Europe.
In 2015 RubyDay runs on November 13th in Turin. The conference schedule is posted online with full details about talks, workshops, and snack breaks.
Those who are already from the area should definitely consider attending. One day isn’t that much time and many tech companies will even give you a day off to attend(if you code for a living).
