The Best Social Media Icons All In One Place

The ability to easily bookmark or share content on popular social media platforms is now a must have feature for web sites. It’s also important that this feature isn’t over looked by web site visitors. So it’s always a good idea to use icons when linking to social media sites. They get peoples attention and the logos are immediately recognizable.

I’ve taken the time to round up what I believe are the best free social media icons out there.

Does anyone know of any social media icons which include more naturalistic look. I work at one of the nursery offices for a palm tree store and I would like the icons to be more nature friendly. Any ideas, thanks.

How do these icons stand up under brand guidelines? Are these accepted by the large brands that they represent?

I have always wondered with so many icons on the net, does the brand owner get any say? Would they have any issues with any of these?

Once you download the ICONS then what do you do? How do you get them on my website? Sorry, newbie asking!

WOW! These are fantastic! Thanks so much for sharing.

Another resource I found recently for icons is http://www.iconfinder.com/

For the Chicago Web Developer (who posted above), that site DOES have icons with transparent backgrounds, as well.

It’s amazing how readily available all this is these days. It wasn’t that long ago that we were having to pay the clipart sites.

THANKS to all you designers who share your talents. We appreciate you!

Exceptional! I’d say. Some of the icons came real handy for my designing team as we were looking for social media icons that give a painter’s impression. The collection provided here fulfilled some of our long searching .. Thanks for the icons.

These are great! Thanks for sharing. I do have one question though… How do I add these to my email signature with out them looking pixelated? Any help is much appreciated!

Why does “social” not include email? Try finding a set of icons in the same theme — for facebook, twitter *AND* email. good luck.
