30 Beautiful Examples of Illustrated Twitter Backgrounds

Twitter can be a powerful tool to communicate and connect with people through words, but it can also be a great way to promote your brand through visual design. Twitter does limit you when it comes to customizing your page, but you do have full control over the background image. There are a lot of creative twitter backgrounds out there, but some of my favorites are those that have a more illustrated style.

If you know of more really good illustrated twitter backgrounds, let us know.

frankly I don’t find @smashingmag’s background all that terrific. I expected something more interesting than a few branches and a couple clouds.

Jeeez this mailchimp is in every list out there.. Not saying it is bad though 🙂 And yes.. smashingmag is a default twitter background and it is nice but still default one so can I be in the list then? 😀

I don’t really like the design of hicksdesign, it’s pretty simple, already used on his website. It has no originality. 30 is also a super short list compared to the amount of creative background. Your list is good, I really enjoyed to see most of my fav’.
