Symmetry, from the greek word symmetria (measure together), conveys the harmonious sense of proportionality and balance. And we have to agree that symmetry can be beautifully applied in web design, architecture and even photography. That is why today we gathered a few examples of symmetrical photography to inspire you.     Some of these appear genuine and are quite impressive but others (umbrellas for sure) are Photoshopped to become mirror images.

    The photo “Living on a prayer” was not really symmetric till it was edited and mirrored, if you compare some details you’ll notice.
