Bootstrap is one the most popular frontend HTML/CSS/JS dev frameworks on the market. It’s completely free and was originally based on Twitter’s UI design style.
Over the years new features have been added to the library, yet it still follows a similar tone as the original design. Many sites created with Bootstrap function exceptionally well – but they also look rather bland with the traditional Bootstrap library styles.
Paper Kit is a free UI kit made by Creative Tim agency out of Romania. They specialize in Bootstrap projects and decided to release a free adaptation for all Bootstrap users.

Paper kit is a beautiful resource built for Bootstrap. We have redesigned all its components with a pale color scheme and paper-like transitions. We are proud of this new Bootstrap skin and the possibilities for customization.
Using it is very simple and it will enable you to refresh you classic looking application. To get the desired effect you will also need to integrate JS plugins that take a little bit more effort. It the end the result will be worth it.
You can view a full list of components to see how the function in the browser. Every major Bootstrap component has been styled with a little more elegance & flair, or at least in a way so that the design stands out against traditional Bootstrap styles.
There’s also a great free tutorial if you’re unsure of where to start. All major BS components can be edited and even customized from the Paper Kit defaults.
Again the UI kit is completely free to download and functions perfectly with BS 3+. This project is simply phenomenal and a wonderful display of Bootstrap ingenuity on the part of Creative Tim.
